Recipe for Results is a client focused team of Personal Trainers who dedicate themselves to their clients success. We believe that our success can be measured by the success of our clients. We are proud to say that this belief has been the foundation to a very high client success rate.
Since our founder qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2010 we have discovered that the most important factor in our client success comes from the support that we give our clients during the hours between sessions. We have found that whether you are training once per week with our Personal Trainer or 4 times per week it can be easy to lose motivation and take your focus away from your goals. For this reason we will stay in touch with you throughout the week, teaching you everything you need to know to achieve a healthy, nutritious diet and balanced lifestyle.

Martyn is your Personal trainer in Great Burstead. He has been a Personal Trainer since 2010. Martyn demonstrates his passion towards changing peoples lives on a daily basis by making his clients goals his obsession.
Together, you will set goals and measure your success working strategically toward them. People who goal set are proven to me more productive, more focused and more successful.
Martyn uses a variety of different functional equipment such as gloves and pads for cardio boxing; Kettlebells, Battle Ropes and Power Bags. Using different pieces of equipment will not only help your body adapt and improve but its also a great way to keep sessions fun and fresh.
Martyn has been told that his Personal Training sessions far exceed his clients expectations “they are fun, interesting and encouraging and push me far beyond what I thought my limits are.”
