Martyn has been a personal trainer since 2009, training as a representative for corporate gyms and in 2013, he founded Recipe For Results as a Personal Trainer in Stanford Le Hope and the surrounding areas. Since then he has been Personal Training clients to achieve their weight loss and fitness goals in Stanford-Le-Hope and surrounding areas.
