Martyn is your Personal Trainer in Ingatestone. He has been a Personal Trainer since 2010. Since qualifying Martyn has helped hundreds of people achieve a wide variety of different goals.
He firmly believes in educating his clients so that they understand how their body works. From digestion to body movements and muscular contractions Martyn will help you understand how and why you will get such great results.
Martyn keeps his Personal Training sessions Fun and Fresh, keeping you focused on your goals.
His training sessions will include a variety of unconventional training equipment such as Kettlebells, Trx, Power Bags and Battle Ropes.
