The food is high quality and super tasty! All calories are counted for you. You do not have to think about what you are eating everyday. This is perfect way to help busy people manage a healthy lifestyle. I love it and would highly recommend.
First week with Recipe For Results was excellent! I was stuck in the habit of just eating the same things every day - toast for breakfast, sandwich from supermarket for lunch etc - so I contacted Martyn at Recipe For Results to try their 3 Meal 2 Snack meal prep.I was amazed at how much of the food I enjoyed (i’m usually quite fussy) and the health benefit that came with eating these meals too. The convenience is unbelievable and it really motivated me to eat better. I never went hungry despite the much healthier diet - I found myself more full than usual but I was also losing weight at the same time.If there is something on the menu that you try and decide isn’t for you, they’re more than happy to accommodate and provide substitutes. For anyone looking for a healthy diet where you aren’t going hungry or just to go out your comfort zone and try a variety of foods like I wanted to then I’d highly recommend Recipe For Results!
Since last year when i started using recipe for results online personal training i have lost over 14kg. The sessions are flexible to you and i have recommended them many many times. I was a client of Martyn’s for approx 5months in 2020 doing weekly virtual training due to covid restrictions.During that time Martyn completely changed the way I look at food, nutrition and meal planning which helped me drop lbs quickly, and keep it off!!I also learnt a lot with exercising, I’m a regular gym goer anyway but seem to get stuck in a rut sometimes, especially with the UK lockdown we all know trying to find the enthusiasm and momentum to keep working out at home can be tough, but I learnt a lot from Martyn during the months I was training under him and found new exercises to use.Would definitely recommend to anyone, weather you are stuck in a rut like I was or even if you are already well rounded with training and need someone to keep you accountable - he is the man for you!Thanks for everything Martyn!
Being 50th in January 2021 was my target to lose weight and get fit. I have lost 9.6kg, dropped a dress size and a half and feel the slimmest and fittest I have in a long while.I did the 5 day plan with 2 snacks. I never felt hungry and the variety of the menu was good. Being a pescatarian Martyn easily adapted the meals for me, Ensuring I was eating sufficient protein to get the results I wanted.It has also given me meal ideas and definitely portion size to carry on in life to help maintain my current physique.If you have a busy life this takes all the hassle of meal planning healthy away. The 5 bean salad and the salmon stir fry are great shouts.For the time saved in me prepping the same lunch for the week plus cooking dinner every night after work - it is worth the cost. Before i prepped i would spend £30 per week on lunch alone, anyone who does the same then this is a sure winner for your waistline and your wallet.

After a number of injuries and illnesses that stopped me exercising for a number of months I decided I needed a bit of help to get back into some better habits. I did my research and ended up contacting Martyn after reading about the PT and food service he offered. Some discussion later about what i was looking for and I signed up for an initial 4 week stint of PT and food that met both my budget and time limitations. Sessions were fun and challenging (& cold on occasion!!) and the good thing about the food was that it wasn't based around restrictive no carbs, no fruit, no this, no that. Meals were good and varied and not once did I feel genuinely hungry. Having enjoyed the first 4 weeks I signed up for another 4 week block after couple weeks that once again fit around my time restrictions. I've just finished that and the final measurements were much better than I had anticipated as even possible! 9.5lbs down and reduced measurements all round. I'll definitely be looking to book in again post holidays. Thanks Martyn! 🙂
I'm now on week 3 of my training with Nic and I'm already slowly seeing results!Nic is there for me 24/7 making sure I'm eating right and keeping me on track, even sending pics of my meals so no cheating!My weekly training sessions at home keep me working hard and always get the encouragement I need to keep me going!Can not recommend enough x
Been training with Martyn since 2014 and i have seen fantastic results, I now fit into a size 8, I always thought that a size 14 was my natural size! He pushes me in our sessions further than I am able to push myself. He has taught me so much about nutrition that I now feel confident in making sure that I am fueling my body right. I use the gym a few times a week as well and all I would normally have done is use the cardio machines but Martyn has shown me exercises I can do on my own and I feel confident using most pieces of equipment in the gym.
