Meal prep done extremely well. I am a snacker and the 5 meals have snacks in between breakfast / lunch and lunch and dinner and it just to right size of portions not to be hungry.Food is really tasty (for being healthy) and variety is really good too. The 5 bean salad and the salmon stir fry are great shouts.For the time saved in me prepping the same lunch for the week plus cooking dinner every night after work - it is worth the cost. Before i prepped i would spend £30 per week on lunch alone, anyone who does the same then this is a sure winner for your waistline and your wallet.
After a number of injuries and illnesses that stopped me exercising for a number of months I decided I needed a bit of help to get back into some better habits. I did my research and ended up contacting Martyn after reading about the PT and food service he offered. Some discussion later about what i was looking for and I signed up for an initial 4 week stint of PT and food that met both my budget and time limitations. Sessions were fun and challenging (& cold on occasion!!) and the good thing about the food was that it wasn't based around restrictive no carbs, no fruit, no this, no that. Meals were good and varied and not once did I feel genuinely hungry. Having enjoyed the first 4 weeks I signed up for another 4 week block after couple weeks that once again fit around my time restrictions. I've just finished that and the final measurements were much better than I had anticipated as even possible! 9.5lbs down and reduced measurements all round. I'm now on week 3 of my training with Nic and I'm already slowly seeing results! Nic is there for me 24/7 making sure I'm eating right and keeping me on track, even sending pics of my meals so no cheating! My weekly training sessions at home keep me working hard and always get the encouragement I need to keep me going! Can not recommend enough x
