Sweet But Healthy Snacks
Cant help but find your chocolate fix? Looking for a healthy alternative to your favourite treats? You’ve just stumbled across the perfect recipe! Try this delicious protein hit which is full of flavour. Here’s the best part… its got absolutely no artificial sugar and is full of healthy fats!
1 Cup of Oats
2/3 of a cup of Desiccated Coconut
1/2 of a cup of Peanut Butter (we used Whole Earth)
1/2 of a cup of Golden Linseed
1/3 of a cup of Honey or Agave Nectar
1/4 of a cup of Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp. of Chia Seeds
1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract
Simply mix all ingredients together by hand and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes or longer if possible, shape the mix as desired and enjoy as a healthy snack to pick you up when you’re low on energy.
